ROPE Language Reference - "$tcp_rst".

The RST control flag from the TCP/IP packet being inspected. This is a one-bit field that means "Reset the connection" if it is set (value 1).

This field is only relevant for TCP/IP packets, and will contain the value 0 for others types.
