Feb 2009 -- Due to time pressures, the ongoing development of 'rope' has been suspended temporarily.

ROPE Language Reference - "$tcp_ece".

This is the "ECE" control bit from the ECN (Explicit Congestion Notification) extension of the TCP/IP header of the packet being inspected. It is a one-bit flag that means (if set) "ECN Echo". For a detailed description of this feature of TCP/IP please refer to RFC_3168.

It can have a value of 0 or 1 only and is read-only.

This field is only relevant for TCP/IP packets, and will contain the value 0 for others types.
