Rope Language Reference - 'hexdump'

The 'hexdump' action pops a string off the top the stack and prints a full hexadecmial dump of it's contents. This can only be done in UserLand - if the action is invoked in KernelLand, it reports an error and the script terminates with a hotdrop status.

For example .. the following script..

"The quick brown fox fell asleep after all the jumping"
hexdump

outputs the following text..

00000000 : 54 68 65 20 71 75 69 63 6b 20 62 72 6f 77 6e 20 : 'The quick brown '
