IpTables Rope Scripting Language - EAssertFailed Error

This error is displayed when a ROPE script is executed in UserLand mode and assert is passed a FALSE (zero or empty string) argument. The script then terminates with a no status.

When executed in KernelLand, an assert action with a FALSE argument will also terminate the script with a no status, but does not display this error message.
