Very Kool

I must just say what a great product! After installing it I looked at the system as if to say "was that it?" It was way too easy! It is a fantastic first line of defence against virus activity and unwanted bandwidth killers. Many many thanks

We downloaded your protector package because it seems the right choise for our primary school Linux mail server. I just gave it a try, changed the Mlocal entry in sendmail.cf, stopped and restarted sendmail and send myself some very malicious attachments (exe and bat). It worked perfectly!

Thank you very much for this wonderful piece of software. Your solution is effective and elegant.

I recently installed Protector on a Linux box running sendmail behind my firewall. It's currently supporting around 120 users. Nice, easy to install software. Great job - thanks for allowing me to shut down my "NAV for Gateways" virus scanner/mail gateway. That's one less mail relay I have to worry about.
Great idea - great little solution.

I've been setting up a network (servers & workstations)moving all to opensource. I've been working on the various options for email servers and ended up with Postfix and fetchmail. This was easy to setup and I took the warnings about Sendmail configuration seriously.

I had been advised to use a proprietory email content filter like Sophos, but the cost for a business of this size was prohibitive. Since we seldom send macros or execuatables, but get losts of virus laden emails from clients Protector seemed like a good idea. A few hours latter and here is it is taking out the virus laden emails beautifully.

So thanks

I installed protector on a Cobalt Qube2 and it's working beautifully.

Thanks, a very useful program.

Protector works just fine and I have been able to add file types with ease so more legit files get through such as PDF.
Hi chris I have taken a look at your product and it would be just the trick to stop unwanted file attachments coming through to my send-mail/proxy/web/gateway server (ha ha, aint Linux grand) before being distributed to my pop clients.
I have found your software on the web and its THE software I'm looking for , it is great work.
I want to put it on a gateway/firewall I maintain for a small software dev company. Anyway ... I think it's a damn good idea having a list of allowable files and end of story.
